The final words Moroni writes are to ask all people to believe in the power of God and to come unto Christ and be perfected in Him. Moroni counsels us to love God with all our might, mind, and strength. Then he buries the plates to fulfill the Lord’s purposes. The plates will later come forth by the gift and power of God to show the remnant of the house of Israel the great things that the Lord has done for their fathers and to convince both Jews and Gentiles that Jesus is the Christ.
