Pranayama breathing exercises help to cure anxiety & stress. They help to rejuvenate the nervous system and improve overall health. This is a daily pranayama class for everyone. This 30 minutes practice can be done by anyone from complete beginners to regular practitioners. In this video Ram Jain will guide you through following breathing exercises: - Abdominal breathing - Full yogic breathing - Kapalabhati - Anuloma Viloma - Bahaya pranayama - Ujjayi - Bhramari pranyama Important: - The place for practice should be clean & well ventilated. - Breathing should be gentle without any exertion. - Keep the focus throughout the practice on your inhalation, exhalation & retention. If the mind wanders away, gently bring it back to your breathing.
