In a small town in rural South Dakota preparations are underway for an eight-thousand, five-hundred-mile journey to provide healthcare and medical education in Tanzania, Africa. Orphans, the injured, the hungry and the dying are relying on the success of the mission, so every detail is critical… But being prepared is nothing new to Gayle Stroschein; it’s in her nature. For decades, Gayle practiced nursing in Emergency Rooms and hospitals, and taught nursing students.
