Beginning in spring 2012 and continuing through 2014, the Epic team will work with each member of the Yale New Haven Health System to implement the system with the ultimate goal to improve the quality of care for Yale New Haven Health System patients, while simplifying current methods of documenting, accessing and sharing their medical records.
