"IT'S TIME TO FLOAT" HAPPY HALLOWEEN FOLKS!! It’s that time of year again! I'm here to help you get your sweat on this Halloween with a workout that will put the frighteners up even the scariest of Monsters. Mix up your training this week with my 'HALLOWEEN HIIT WORKOUT'! 👊🏼 You need no equipment at all, just a timer and a little space! You have 30secs work and 10secs rest.
