'THE FORCE WILL BE WITH YOU, ALWAYS!!'... Thats Right!! I'm Bringing to you your very own 'JEDI' HIIT Workout. All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE FORCE! :) Set a timer to 40secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 JEDI exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
