STAR WARS 'SITH' Workout

'YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARK SIDE!!'... Hey Kids, I'm bringing out a series of Star Wars Themed workouts for you to train to. This time I'm Bringing to you your very own 'SITH' HIIT Workout. All you need to do is follow along with me, and have of course THE DARK SIDE OF FORCE! :) Each exercise is 30secs work with 10secs rest and perform these 5 SITH exercises 3 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
