'YOU DON'T KNOW THE POWER OF THE DARK SIDE!!'... Thats Right! In Homage to ‘THE RISE OF SKYWALKER', I'm Bringing to you your very own ‘STAR WARS' (DARK SIDE) Workout. This workout is part of a double Star Wars release from me. This is the Dark side ‘SITH’ workout and there is also a Light side ‘JEDI’ workout. It’s up to you to choose from the LIGHT or the DARK. All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE FORCE! :) Set a timer to 30secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 JEDI exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
