Star Wars JEDI WORKOUT

'THE FORCE WILL BE WITH YOU, ALWAYS!!'... Thats Right! In homage to the release of...‘THE RISE OF SKYWALKER', I'm Bringing to you your very own ‘STAR WARS' (Light Side) Workout. This workout is part of a double Star Wars release from me. This is the Light side ‘JEDI’ workout and there is also a Dark side ‘SITH’ workout. It’s up to you to choose from the LIGHT or the DARK. All you need is a Lightsaber, a stop-watch, and of course THE FORCE! :) Set a timer to 30secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 JEDI exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
