Yes I did do this game already, but I thought it would be good to have higher quality gameplay video up on the Difficult setting for the game and using what I was told in user comments from my first series of videos. Also, you don't have to hear my voice and can just watch. The only differences in terms of difficulty is that you start off with 0 lives, the main enemies (hyena, leopards, vultures and maybe scar) take 1 or more more extra hits to defeat and more vultures show up in Elephant Graveyard than normal. Everything else is the same. I also played the SNES version on difficult and completed that too. I'll make little notes in these videos to explain the differences I noticed between the two versions.
