I own a ridiculously good and clean, original 1989 GMC Sierra 3+3 Crew Cab dually ramp truck. It's 38-feet long. I thought it was the biggest ramp truck ever until recently I purchased a 1986 Kodiak, which is 39-feet long and even taller than my GMC, which I call Square Force 1. I'm out of space at the shop and so Square Force 1 is up for sale or trade.
