In Homage to this movie, I'm Bringing to you my very own ‘AVENGERS TRAINING ACADEMY’ Workout series. At ‘THE AVENGERS TRAINING ACADEMY' you get the chance to train just like one of THE AVENGERS. Set a timer to 30secs work and 10secs rest and perform these 5 exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
