'IT'S NOT WHO I AM UNDERNEATH, BUT WHAT I DO THAT DEFINES ME!!' It's time to help Batman take on the villains of Gotham City! Train along with The Dark Knight himself and get yourselves crime fighting ready! This new workout is the first part of my Batman Trilogy of workouts! Just click play and follow along with the Caped Crusader and get yourself ready to protect the streets of Gotham. You have 30secs work and 10secs rest. Perform these 5 exercises 4 times round with a 50secs rest in-between rounds.
