This is my first set with my new Spud Inc. belt squat belt (so cut me some slack on the technique as I figure that out). I wanted something where I could hammer my legs like squats, but take the strain off my back. This is it for sure. The way the weight hangs, it almost pulls your back into proper alignment, keeps you upright, and hammers the legs. This is going to be a regular in my rotation going forward. The Spud Inc. belt is super easy to use, extremely comfortable, and most importantly, it stays in place. Kudos to Ben Bruno for the exercise idea.
