We bought a new Laguna 14BX 14 inch woodworking Bandsaw, and I got straight to work making a fun Bandsaw Box!. Our model is the 220 volt 2.5 horsepower motor. It has been such a nice upgrade from the small bench top Craftsman model we were using before! Quick unboxing, setup, and at the end a two month update (Spoiler alert: We have been very happy with it). Also in this episode, I make my very first bandsaw box, and also try my hand at a little turning (to make pulls for the box drawers) with the help of my dad, Ron, who you see in our turning videos. We also installed the Laguna mobility kit to make it easier to move around our shop, and tuck it against the wall when we aren't using it. Here is a link for the 1412 and 14BX mobility kit on Amazon.
