WHAT TONGUE DEPICTS ABOUT YOUR BODY SYSTEM? in Ayurveda we diagnose by seeing your tongue. it is a very useful diagnostic tool in outstation patients where doctor cannot see the pulse, as it depicts about dosha, dhatus and malas of our body. COLOR Color of tongue indicates different medical Issues in body. Pale Anemia, low blood pressure, coldness or poor circulation and general depletion Indicates Aggravated pitta Other Symptoms – weakness, headache, sleepy Yellow Excess bile in liver or gall bladder Indicates Aggravated pitta Other symptoms –Acidity, heart burn Blue Heart issues or blood stagnation (also gift in healthy pregnant women) Indicates aggravated pitta Other Symptoms- weakness, breathlessness Very Red Inflammation of any joint/body part, acidity, heat or high blood pressure Indicates Increased pitta &vata Other Symptoms- acidity, migraine, frequent headache Purple or Bluish Fluids and blood are not circulating properly. high cholesterol and subsequent heart problems, chronic bronchitis Indicated altered Tridosha Other Symtoms Lethargy and poor emotional health, depression Strawberry Red Vitamin deficiency, Lack of iron or B12 Indicates aggravated Pitta Other Symptoms- ACIDITY, HEART BURN & STOMACHACHE THICK WHITE COATING Toxins within the various organs/systems, which may include Candida albicans and mucus.
