Hi Guys, When choosing a custom builder for your home its extremely important that you are able to go through a past client home or a display home so that you can see first hand the finishes that you are going to be receiving. It is equally important that you are able to talk to past clients or architects that your custom builder works in with regularly, to speak to them about the service that is provided through the design and construction stage. At the end of the day, your builder must share the visions for the build to ensure the finishes meet your expectations or, if you’re doing a development, the builder will go the extra mile to ensure that you are able to achieve the greatest return on investment possible.
