Jim Chappell, owner of Chappell's Restaurant and Sports Museum at 323 Armour Road in North Kansas City, gives a walking tour recently through his establishment. The bar and restaurant, which opened in 1986 at 323 Armour Road in North Kansas City, houses Chappell's massive collection of sports memorabilia. Helmets hang from the ceiling, and framed photographs and jerseys line the walls. There's even a baseball signed by the great Babe Ruth.
