Is there anything better than spicy mapo tofu over rice?! This can be easily converted to vegetarian by skipping on the meat. My wife makes it with just 4 main ingredients. Ingredients: Soft/Silken Tofu, Ground pork, Garlic, Chili bean paste Optional: Scallions and sesame oil 1. Mince the garlic and cut the tofu into smaller cubes 2. Add oil to a hot pan and toss in the garlic and a tablespoon of chili bean paste 3. Add pork and stir. 4. When pork is almost cooked, add in the tofu and lightly toss 5. Add water and let simmer for a minute. 6. Add slurry (corn starch and water mixture) to thicken the sauce 7. Option: add scallions and sesame oil before serving Thanks and please subscribe!!
