Hass, Sir Prize Hass, Pinkerton, Little Cado and Reed Avocado fruit demonstration. See how these winter harvest beauties stack up against each other. I pick these today from a commercial ranch in San Diego while I was tree shopping for my nursery and customers. It will take about a week for the fruit to ripen using a couple of apples and brown paper bag. Then the fruit will be cut in half for a another video view and we will also do a tasting video and some foot ball tailgating food prep using the avocado fruit, just in time for the Super Bowl.
