Gregory Isaacs (G.I) - one of the Greatest Reggae artists the world has ever seen!!! Born in Kingston Jamaica on 15th July 1951, G.I quickly established himself in the Reggae world from the tender age of 16. He not only sang about love and relationships, G.I also sang against social injustice, corruption, racism, drug abuse and gender violence. G.I always kept a cool tone of voice to his music that earned him the name 'The Cool Ruler' with the New York Times describing G.I as 'the most exquisite vocalist in reggae.' After a brave bout with cancer, G.I passed away on 25th October 2010. He made over 500 reggae albums with more than 6 000 reggae songs from his illustrious career.
