Discussion of Enos’s wrestle before God and how we can apply his experience to our own lives as we confront challenges and questions that cause us to do the same. Interestingly, the answer that Enos received was a remission of his sins, which expanded his soul and brought his will in line with God’s. This is the solution we should all seek in our struggles. Also discuss the translation process of the Book of Mormon and how it may have resulted in the last few verses of Mosiah chapter 2 accidentally ending up in the Words of Mormon. In addition to the covered chapters, this lesson also draws from (i) The Crucible of Doubt by Terryl and Fiona Givens, (ii) “Swallowed Up in the Will of the Father” by Elder Neal A. Maxwell in October 1995 General Conference, and (iii) “When Pages Collide: Dissecting the Words of Mormon” by Jack M. Lyon and Kent R. Minson in BYU Studies Quarterly 51, No. 4 (2012).
