Mother Attacked In Home By Strangers & Man Charged With 4 Knife Attacks Over 2 Weeks (London)

submitted by B12 Media on 05/17/20 1

A vile sexual predator forced his way into a young mum's home and raped her in front of her hysterical children. John Ward, 24, first molested the shocked woman as she walked the family dog with her young child along a street in Rochdale, telling the youngster: "I'm your new dad." She managed to flee but drunken Ward, also high on cocaine, pursued her, forced his way inside her home, pushed her onto the stairs and covered her mouth with his hand as he carried out a series of sickening and violent sexual assaults on her. He slammed a living room door on her terrified children who screamed in terror, one of them shouting in vain for Ward to 'get off' their mother as she was being attacked in the hallway. Ward held the door shut and told the children 'I'm just talking to your mum." The terrified victim had to move out of her home that night, has never returned and still suffers flashbacks while her young children have been left traumatised. Ward, from Rochdale, and his accomplice Aaron Farrell, 24, from Middleton, who watched the rape through the kitchen window and then wiped their fingerprints from the front door handle, are beginning long jail sentences for their part in the horrific stranger rape in September.
