We asked some of the staff from ‘the last festival on Earth’, the locked down Tribal Gathering event in Panama, to respond to some of the 10,000 YouTube comments about cannibalism, “4AM drunken orgies” and being informed that a virus is out of control whilst high on acid. After the Tribal Gathering festival was placed under quarantine due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we followed the staff, punters and organisers who became forced by the local army to quarantine on the isolated beach.
