Philly CheatSteaks On The Blackstone Griddle

submitted by Reyreyreys Tv on 05/14/20 1

I always enjoy twisting traditional recipes up. I grew up in Pennsylvania and have enjoyed many cheesesteaks over the years. I've eaten cheesteaks from every restaurant from Pat's to Jim's to Geno's. Traditional Philly cheesesteaks have thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak. That can be expensive and even harder to attain for those without a meat slicer and/or a good butcher. Introducing, the Philly CheatSteak. Now, for all of you pathetic trolls out there, IF YOU CAN READ, and have actually read this far. I know all bout the NYC Chopped/Chop Cheese. Here I am enjoying/making one with Paul Sidoriak in Vegas: www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNq1iByy3No I decided to call it a CHEATsteak because, believe it or not, Chopped/Chop Cheese is not famous around the world in the same mannaer as a traditional Cheesesteak. Fact. I can call this sandwich what I want to call it. If you're interested in the traditional Philly Cheesteak, here we are making them with the crew outside of Jim's Steaks down in Philly: www.youtube.com/watch?v=nkSVUCuoHqw&t=211s The video you're watching was filmed in Bakersfield, California on the 2020 Blackstone Griddle More Tour!
