This was my first documentary and was done for my senior project my last semester at Virginia Commonwealth University. I was honored to be the first female to ever produce/create a documentary SOLO from the Mass Communications program, especially since it was a topic I'm so passionate about. This features a collection of stories from women in the African-American community who inspire others by sharing some of their experiences with their natural hair journey. I hope you enjoy!
