This is one of the easiest vegan lunch/dinner recipes I came up with. If you are short on time and you want something quick that tastes really good, try this recipe. I added it to my list of go-to recipes when aint nobody got time for it lol!! Ingredients: 1/4 of a green bell pepper (you can use more/less or add other peppers) 3 mushrooms 1/2 a zucchini 4 green chilies (you can use more or less or omit them if you don't want any spice) Pasta sauce of your choice 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp basil Sol Cuisine's Greek Moussaka Vegan Meatballs (I used 4 balls) *Cook the spaghetti and the vegan balls first and then follow the video for the sauce recipe and to put it all together* It is super easy to customize and you can add more or less of any ingredient to your liking :) Follow me on instagram: www.instagram.com/veganheavenlove/
