CRISPY LECHON KAWALI | How to Cook Super Crispy Fried Pork Belly

Since we hit 1000 subscribers just today, I wanna cook something that I really really love. Yes, LECHON KAWALI is one of my favorite Filipino Foods. Let me show you on how we make it crispier and tastier. (Dahil naka 1000 subscriber na tayo, nagluto ako ng putahe na pinakapaborito ko, ang Lechon Kawali. Hindi lang ito basta basta, espesyal ang pagkaluto dahil sa kanyang lutong at sarap.) Ingredients: 2 tbsp fish sauce 8 cloves garlic 1 medium onion 1 tbsp black pepper 2 pcs bay leaves 1/4 cup cooking oil 3 liters water Palambutin muna ang baboy ng mga 50 minutes, at bago i-prito, make sure malamig na ng baboy. Prituhin ng dalawang beses, ang una, saktong maglight brown lang muna. Palamigin ulit ng mga 1 - 2 hours, bago i-prito ulit para ma-achieve ang napakalutong na Lechon Kawali. #LechonKawali #FriedPorkBelly Enjoy cooking, guys!
