Fun Plank Progressions to Build Core Strength At Home with Antranik! (Follow Along!)

submitted by Antranik on 04/19/20 1

In this follow along video equipment-free we go over 6 bodyweight progression exercises starting with the tame bird plank that get harder into plank variations that eventually combine the two concepts. These will increase your core strength and stability including balance and glute strength/activation. These make for an excellent warm up as well. If you enjoyed my classic "5 bodyline drills" video, you will love this as well.
