Commission on what you sale, and others sale, first 2 yrs struggle. Last 9 years teaching and trains. Most people want to make the money NOW. They are used to other jobs of Pay DAY. Mow lawn , paid now, baby-sit , paid now. Factory 2 weeks paid. Change that expectation. You must go for the long haul, Have Tenacity, stick to it, long term. Be inquisitive.. Seek answers, What do I have to do to GET it , to make this happen GET IT DONE. Don't need high IQ, YOU need passion and desire, good work ethic, be coachable, increase personable development skills, live by golden rule. You get better by working on skills. Find out about the other person!!! What is their situation, listen to them fist, before telling them about your business. Tools and technology today will make it much easier to do networking. One women very successful 300,000 reps 23 countries. 10 yrs she blew off networking, she never looked at the plan. 2 types of people smart, successful, intelligent.. And people who don't get it, low intellect. Go to live events, good networking, show me if the market is saturated. Must follow up, they expect you to. First impression will not do it. You'll get most people from the follow up. Make your team building exciting, You must bring a product or service to a person as a distributor.
