Climate policies that don't have public support are vulnerable - we need to build a strong social mandate for climate action. The National Citizens' Assembly, by bringing people together to explore this complex issue and ultimately what net zero means for our lives, is an essential part of the puzzle. Adam Corner is the Research Director at Climate Outreach and Associate Director of the Climate Change & Social Transformations (CAST) centre.
