“Walk Spirit, Talk Spirit” - Andy Wasserman (piano) interpretation of McCoy Tyner composition

submitted by Andy Wasserman on 02/07/20 1

Musician Andy Wasserman performs his mellow original arrangement of McCoy Tyner's beautiful timeless classic Jazz tune, first recorded in 1973 by Tyner and his band for the Milestone Records - Montreaux Jazz Festival Live recording - entitled "Enlightenment." The intention behind the time-lapse planetarium/nature sky theme visuals is to inspire the listener to explore how a connection to a "universal spirit" - one that 'walks and talks' - might be experienced if we open our hands, becoming receptive in a state of wonder. Andy Wasserman is performing all instruments in the trio: piano, bass and percussion.
