A classic from the archives. In the late 1990's and early 2000's I ring announced fights for an up and coming Manny Pacquaio. Here he is in 2000 destroying Korea's Seung-Kon Chae in one round at Manila's legendary Araneta Coliseum. This was the wild, raw, devil-may-care Pacquaio before he became a worldwide phenomenon.
