The findings of the Isle of Man Government's Climate Emergency Consultative Transformation Team have been released today. That team was made up of representatives from government departments, climate change specialists, as well as two politicians - Ralph Peake MHK and Jane Poole-Wilson MLC. The team was given six months to report back with an action plan for how the Island can play its part in mitigating the effects of global overheating. Its chair, Professor James Curran, and Chief Minister Howard Quayle spoke to Manx Radio's Dollin Mercer about its contents, and what will happen next. The contents of the report are expected to be laid before Tynwald at this month's sitting, which will take place on Tuesday, 21 January.
