The Cooking Channel's Unique Eats features neighborhood gems that over time have become restaurant legends with a cult following. At Olivia, the folks of Austin have their weekend brunch, including the brunch dish SOS, or sh** on a shingle. Modeled after the infamous army dish but considerably more upscale, the restaurant use Kobe beef tips and "your Granny's gravy but one better."
