Call of Duty Classic review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Call of Duty Classic for Playstation 3. Using the massive success of the series, Call of Duty goes back to its roots and releases the original, but this time with HD graphics. The game is a WWII shooter that brought some major changes to the genre. The series has seen plenty of changes over the years which make the original feel very dated. The graphics are greatly improved, but the controls, making the shift to consoles, are not that strong. This is a fair way to see where Call of Duty came from, but is not as memorable as when it was first released.
