Abandoned Ghost Town - Silver Plume Colorado

Silver Plume is an Abandoned Ghost Town tucked into a narrow canyon a little over 9,000 feet in altitude. It’s just a few miles from its well-preserved neighbor, Georgetown Colorado. In-fact both towns are part of the “Georgetown-Silver Plume National Historic District”. Initial development of the town was slow and it was composed of only a few buildings.
