Ab Circles

Add these to your next AB workout! 3-4 rounds of 30-60 sec circles (each side), resting for 10-15 sec in between each round! Be mindful of your form, keeping your back flat and your legs and feet straight! Lift your upper back (shoulder blades) off of mat, keeping chin and neck relaxed, while focusing on squeezing abs on the lift!
