Kneeling Arnold Press to Shoulder Press. Add these to your next Upper body workout! 3-4 sets of 12-15 Reps. resting for 30-60 sec in between each set! Be mindful of your form, keeping your knees shoulder width apart, elbows in Arnold press at chest level, and keep elbows up at 90 degrees for shoulder press.
