Glute Bridges

Add these to your next LEG DAY workout! 3-4 sets of 12-15 Reps. resting for 30-60 sec in between each set! Be mindful of your form, keeping your knees shoulder width apart, back flat, and feet flat. Focus on engaging/squeezing glutes with each rep. Holding the squeeze at the top for 1-2 sec hold will fire up your glutes and help them grow!
