Add these to your next AB workout! 3-4 rounds of 30 sec of work! Resting for 15 sec in between each round! Be mindful of your form, keeping your back flat, butt tucked, neck/chin relaxed/neutral. Bring knees to chest alternating sides. Focus on engaging/squeezing your ABS.
