Banded Modified Clam-Shells

Add these to your next LEG DAY workout! Modified clam-shells are great for activating your glutes when looking to make glute gains! 2-3 sets of 15 reps per side. Make sure band is placed slightly above the knee so youre targeting your glute medius! (that side booty!)
