Add these to your next Leg Day workout! Stretching your hip flexors are a great addition to your leg day warm-up! 2-3 rounds of 20 sec hold, switch legs and repeat. (Squeeze that booty!). Be mindful of form, keeping your knee aligned with your hip, rather than leaning forward, into the stretch. Once you squeeze your glute (on the side you're stretching), you will feel an immediate stretch in your quads!
