This is how I set up when I am selling food. This set up worked well for me and I hope that you can take some ideas away from it and that you will be able to use them for your own setup. This setup was in compliance for the health department regulations of my town, but it is not compliant for others. It is your job to check with your own city and state regulations to see what you need with your setup.
