Muscle Up Like a Gymnast with the GLIDE KIP (Full Tutorial & Progressions)

submitted by Antranik on 10/11/19 1

The glide kip is a really fun, beautiful and efficient way to do a bar muscle up and in this tutorial you will learn the progressions, prerequisites, drills and ways to go about it. It's not a difficult move strength wise but it is a highly technical skill that requires tons of practice and repetition to master. Even gymnasts take weeks or months to get their first glide kip, so don't feel bad if it feels difficult. The layers/progressions themselves are simple. They just require tons of practice to perfect. If you have any questions, please ask! The person I collaborated with is Justin from NoobStrength YouTube channel who was an awesome sport and a joy to work with.
