It is important to look up a new representative's or a potential new representative's RPS, Dist number and DSM's contact information either before you meet in person or immediately after the online appointment. That way that you can give them the proper brochures if meeting in person, or their first order date if an online appointment. You will also be able to provide the local District Sales Manager's information, so they can feel comfortable knowing they will have additional support.
