So in this video I'm going to talk to you about the good, the bad and everything in between when it comes to Avon. Avon is the #1 in Direct Sales and MLM Companies. EVERYONE has heard of Avon! Everyone you've ever talked to has heard of them. This is a great company for you if you're looking for a solid company that's not going anywhere. There are millions of sales done every month. The bad thing about that is that everyone has heard of Avon. Every person I know has either tried Avon, or uses it and has an Avon Representative already. Ultimately it comes down to what it is that you're really looking for. Are you looking to create more time freedom, to leave your job, pay off debt? Avon sells a variety of things from makeup, to lotions to cologne, jewelry, Christmas presents, birthday gift ideas, clothes, shoes. They're always coming up with great new things, which is another reason Avon is great. When you are an Avon Representative there are two ways for you to make money. 1. You get paid based on customer sales. and 2. You make unit sales. So as you build a team of other avon representatives. So when your team is making sales, you also make a percent off of them as well. So let's keep it real. The best way in this industry to really make money is to build a team and recruit other Avon Representatives. I love this model of network marketing and direct sales. So Avon has a process of recruiting more Avon Representatives for you. They have you right a list of all your friends and family. This is referred to as your warm market. You want to start with your warm market. "Aunt Sally, Mom, Grandma, Cousin Sue" Let them know what you're doing and have them get some orders and become an Avon Representative themselves. Another way you can do this is having parties. This can be in your home, or you can go to Churches, Gyms, pass out booklets to people. There's a lot offline methods to grow your Avon Business. This can be good, however I've learned this can take a really long time. You're going to whip thru you're warm market really fast. And there is some limitations about what you can do online. So I made the decision to not become an Avon Representative and simple be a customer here and there. I really was looking for time freedom and larger commissions. So I could drive the cars I want to drive, Travel when I want to travel (I've been on about 12 cruises so far this year) What was really important to me was to use online marketing techniques, and use a system that I could drive traffic to, have personal coaches to help me and new sign ups so I could have more time to enjoy life. Yea, you could build your Avon business using social media and online skills however when you're online you really want to use a sales funnel, collect leads and drive traffic. So a sales funnel is a page where they opt into your page, go to a video, and you're able to easily build a relationship with those people over time. Once you build that know like and trust than people will want to sign up with you more. So in order to build your Avon business online with a sales funnel, it could get really complicated and you need to get creative. I don't know if you're like me, but I like things simple. I discovered that I just want a capture page, plug in an autoresponder real quick, and just run traffic to it and let systems do the work for me. I don't know about you, but I've done the other way. I went and talked to all my friends and family and guess what, nobody wanted to talk to me anymore. Every time I walked into the room people would immediately go "I'm not buying" So I want proven systems that have shown to convert and over and over again.
