This spring, Emily Seagren found herself on a stage in front of hundreds of onlookers delivering acceptance remarks for the 2015 Avon Woman of Enterprise Award. It’s one of the highest honors for an Avon Representative to achieve, presented each year to a woman that not only embodies the entrepreneurial spirit, but also the company’s core values - trust, respect, belief, humility, integrity - and leads by example. The Illinois native has been a Representative since 2008, and in the past seven years has grown an impressive business, all the while raising two kids with her husband, Rob. Emily reflects on her journey to this special day, describing how she applies similar strategies from her family life to her Avon team.
