I talk about my experience with being a Avon Rep. & a Mary Kay Consultant. PLEASE READ!!!!!! I was a Mary Kay Consultant and now I am a Avon Rep. I forgot to mention if you join one of these direct selling companies make sure you met your director/unit leader, you want to make sure they are in your city. The person that recruits you might not be your director/unit leader. The person that recruits you get % off ever thing you sale so your recruiter needs to be there for you too if you need her but depending on how long she has been in the business she might not have all your answers. Ask the director/ unit leader alot of questions to see how she treats you as her team member. You will invest alot of money and time into your business make sure the people on your team are supporting you to have a successful business. Attend a meeting before you join, I wished I would have atteded a meeting before I joined Mary Kay.Most of Mary Kay weekly meetings are $5.00 per meeting and Avon meetings are free. Also get information about tax deductions from your business. Please check out my Mary Kay Favs and products reviews on my channel. Stay tune for Avon product reviews and my Avon Favs. I still have Mary Kay products for sale but after I sell those products I will not be in the Mary Kay business. People wanted me to sell both but I don't think that will be right, I will just stick with Avon because I have alot of customers already!!
