DATE/TIME OF INCIDENT: 2-25-18 Approx.10:49 am LOCATION 1: Midway Dr. Behind the Vons Shopping Center CITY: San Diego INCIDENT DETAILS: An off-duty San Diego County Sheriff Deputy said he heard 2 shots, look down from his patio and saw a male chasing two other males. One of those men fell between two cars, and the shooter stood above the victim, fired another shot and executed the victim. The suspect then got into a vehicle and fled. DATE/TIME OF INCIDENT: 2-25-18 Approx. 11:39 am LOCATION 2: North Park 30th & Upas CITY: San Diego INCIDENT DETAILS: The suspect's car was found at his residence. SWAT was called in and after over 6 hours, they entered the suspect's residence only to find out he was not in the apartment unit.
